He has trained Division 1 college athletes along with professional players from the NFL, MLS & NHL. As a multi sport athlete (football, baseball, basketball, soccer) and a competitive mixed martial artist in Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu he understands the demands that are required to improve performance. His emphasis on nutrition as well as training provides his athletes with an unfair advantage over the competition. Having opportunities to travel internationally and work with coaches from abroad has made him an athlete's secret weapon. He strongly believes that for the athlete to maximize there potential you must create the environment for them to excel.

Mathias J. Narducci (Performance Coach)
Mathias J. Narducci is a Los Angeles-based Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Therapist and Speed-Strength Specialist. During his early athletic years, he learned and sharpened his observation skills of the human body in action. Mathias received a B.A. in Physical Science from San Jose State University. Mathias played semi-pro Rugby in the United Kingdom, where he became a certified practitioner of a speed training system, called Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ). He has worked with hundreds of Rugby and Soccer athletes on the biomechanics of SAQ. In New York City, after returning to the US, he joined an elite group of training professionals as a Resistance Training Specialist. Mathias then became a certified MAT therapist whereby he helps many people to achieve their body’s natural movement, through the full available joint range of motion—pain, and injury-free. Mathias has also become a USA Track and Field Coach, and studied the Russian Speed-Strength System, in which he combines his skills and knowledge of biomechanics, training and speed to enhance the peak performance of athletes and inspired individuals alike.

Matt Kerstetter (Performance Coach)

Coach K, is a speed, agility and conditioning coach who has trained a variety of athletes that have competed in the NFL, MLB, and NCAA. Matt has been a football coach at the collegiate and high school levels for the past 7 years, where he has helped coach, guide, and train 17 Division I athletes, 2 NCAA Division I and 2 Division II All-Americans.  In addition to this, Matt has held positions as a head track & field coach who specialized in sprints and hurdles and also a personal strength & speed trainer.  After training with him, many of his athletes have continued their careers at the college and professional level.  A few of his most notable clients are USC wide receiver Steve Smith (Taft High School) and Milwaukee Brewers infielder Ryan Braun, who was the 5th overall selection of the 1st Rd of the 2005 MLB draft and a former All-American at the University of Miami.

Coach Chris earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Stanford University and played Quaterback on the Cardinal Football Team, While attending Fargo South (ND) High School, Chris earned All-State as a junior and senior, and was North Dakota's Gatorade Player of the Year. Coach Chris has played college football with great coaches such as Bill Walsh, Dennis Green, Brian Billick, Tyrone Willingham and Guy Benjamin. He has played alongside NFL players such as Kurt Warner, Dedric Ward, John Lynch, Steve Stenstrom, Glyn Milbum, Chris Dalman, Ron George, Bob Whitfield and Darrien Gordon. The skills and guidance learned from these greats is shared with you by Coach Chris.

Prior to being a leader in coaching student athletes and supporting them to attain their scholarship, Coach Chris was a top corporate coach with renowned success coach, Anthony Robbins. Coach Chris has delivered over 2000 public and private presentations in schools and Fortune 500 companies.
